Billing questions
How do I cancel?
In your account under “Subscription & invoices” with one click, or without logging in via the “Cancel contracts here” button in the footer. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account switches to Free automatically. No further charges.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes - automatically by e-mail for every payment, and available any time in the customer portal. No VAT is charged or shown in accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation).
What happens when I hit a daily limit?
Searching always stays available within your plan. Downloads pause until the next day (UTC), or you switch to a higher plan - the change applies immediately and Stripe prorates the difference.
Is there a trial?
The Free plan is the trial: no time limit, all sources, 10 downloads per day. Check quality and coverage before you pay.
